Griffin, teething rings and rattles are among the first toys for the child. They promote motor skills and train the sense of touch. The balls of the Grimm's grabber stimulate curiosity at the same time, as they enable a variety of sensory experiences for the child: Thus, the balls of the natural ball grabber are made of different wood (maple, cherry, beech wood). This allows the child to recognize, feel and taste the light and dark wood, the different textures and the hardness of the wooden beads.
The colorful griffin beads in the Grimm's rainbow colors or in pastel shades also work with different woods (beech or maple), but stimulate the child's senses mainly through the bright colors.
The beads (Ø 3cm) are stretched on a sturdy, elastic cord, which makes it possible to bend the beads into different shapes and figures, to pass them over the arm or to look at individual beads very closely. At the same time, a pleasant wooden sound is produced when the griffin is bent and pressed, which awakens the child's attention and trains its hearing.
Due to the completely harmless treatment of the griffin with natural vegetable oil (in the natural variant) or with a harmless color glaze (pastel and colorful), the griffin can also be brought to the mouth and used as a teething ring without hesitation.
