Complaint or wrong delivery
Please ALWAYS contact us in case of a complaint or wrong delivery.
In case of a defect, please send us a photo of the defect by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you shortly.
Returns and refunds
If an item does not fit or you do not like it, you can return it to us free of charge within 14 days. Please note that there is NO REFUND for washed or used items.
1. Fill in the returns form (you will find it on your invoice).
If you can't find your invoice, you can print out a pdf here. (it is in German).
2. Request a free return label here on DHL Portal (only within Germany). You don't have to print out the label, just bring the QR code on your mobile phone to the DHL post and let it get scanned.
3. Pack the return items + return form well, hand it in at a DHL post and keep the receipt.
4. We will refund your money as soon as we receive the shipment.
If you would like to exchange an item, please return it as described above and order the desired item in the online shop. We will refund the money for the returned item.
Washed or used items cannot be returned.
If you do not use the return label to return the goods, or if you wish to return goods from outside Germany, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. In this case, please be sure to include the return form on the invoice or download it here.
Please DO NOT send any goods back to us marked as freight collect. We will deduct the costs of a carriage forward shipment from the refund amount.
