Complaint or wrong delivery

Please ALWAYS contact us in case of a complaint or wrong delivery.

In case of a defect, please send us a photo of the defect by e-mail to and we will get back to you shortly.

Returns and refunds

If an item does not fit or you do not like it, you can return it to us free of charge within 14 days. Please note that there is NO REFUND for washed or used items.

1. Fill out the merchandise return form (found on your invoice).
If you can't find your invoice, you can print a PDF here.

2. Request free return label (only within Germany). The label does not necessarily have to be printed, simply scan the QR code on your phone at the store.

3. Pack the return + merchandise return form well, drop it off at a DHL branch, and keep the receipt.

4. We will refund your money as soon as the shipment arrives with us.


If you would like to exchange an item, please return it as described above and order the desired item in the online shop. We will refund the money for the returned item.


Washed or used items cannot be returned.

If you do not use the return label for the return of the goods or if you want to return goods from outside Germany, you will bear the costs of the return yourself. Please also be sure to include the merchandise return form (on the invoice or here).

Please do not send goods back to us freight collect. We will deduct the costs of an unpaid shipment from the refund amount.
