Payment and dispatch

The products are delivered all over the world.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Deliveries within Germany (Germany): 

For end customers:
We calculate the shipping costs at a lump sum of 2.90 € per order.

From an order value of 40,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.

For end customers:
We calculate the shipping costs at a lump sum of 5.59 € per order.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:

Austria, Luxembourg, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, San Marino, Sweden, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia

We charge a lump sum of 7.90 € per order for shipping to these countries.

From an order value of 100 € we deliver free of shipping costs.

Zone 3
Switzerland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Greece, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Portugal, Serbia, Ukraine, United Kingdom

We charge a lump sum of 12.90 € per order for shipping to these countries.

From an order value of 200 € we deliver free of shipping costs.

Zone 4
Canada, Israel, USA, Uzbekistan
For these countries we charge a lump sum of 29.00 € per order for shipping costs.

For commercial customers:
We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:

Zone 2: Belgium, Austria, Denmark, France, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom:
We calculate the shipping costs at a lump sum of 12.38 € per order.

Zone 3: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Malta:
We calculate the shipping costs at a lump sum of 13.92 € per order.

Zone 4: Switzerland, Macedonia, Montenegro, Norway, Serbia:
We calculate the shipping costs at a lump sum of 17.67 € per order.


Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1 - 3 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Further details on payment

The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 14 days.

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
