All cloth nappies (fitted nappies, prefolds, muslin, etc.) that do not have their own PUL layer for wetness protection, require a cover. With a fitted nappy, the covers/overpants are pulled over the fitted nappy. Loose inserts, such as prefolds, are first placed into the covers and then pulled on together. We explain how this
