The Vimse fitted nappies are made from organic cotton and are ideal for families, who only want the best material for their baby.
The width of the nappy can be adjusted to fit your baby using the snaps, while the rise can be shortened by flipping over the top edge (please see video). The snuggly soft cotton is very comfortable for your baby and absorbs reliably.
Every nappy comes with an extra cotton insert, that can be added to the nappy when needed. The insert is not snapped in and can be combined with any other nappy. The gathered leg elastics help to keep the runny newborn stools from leaking out and are soft enough that they don't leave red marks.
Together with a waterproof cover, these nappies are an unbeatable team for newborns! As the fitted nappies are made entirely of absorbent material, they do need to be worn with a cover. Whether you use a classic wool cover, a pull up cover or a one size cover is up to you, as this nappy is slim enough that it fits under almost every cover.
As these are made from cotton and are relatively slim, they are better for using the day. If your baby sleeps for longer than 3-4 hours or is a heavy wetter, we recommend using One Size bamboo nappies, such as the Petit Lulu, TotsBots or Little Lamb, as bamboo is more absorbent.
