The Petit Lulu wool cover is similar in form and function to the Petit Lulu Pull-Up cover, but is made of wonderfully soft and natural merino wool instead of polyester. If you're already a fan of wool but don't like the more traditional and bulkier wool covers, then this wool pull-up with its modern and slim design is sure to become your favourite!
Just like all wool products, it is naturally antibacterial, doesn't retain odours, is temperature-regulating and is ideal for babies with sensitive skin. Wool is also easy to maintain and does not need to be washed after every use.
The cover is made from two layers of merino wool fabric, with an additional third layer in the wet zone between the legs to boost absorbency. The wool waistband is gentle on your baby's legs and tummy and doesn't leave red marks. With no hook & loop closures or snaps to fiddle with, it's very simple and quick to put on, even on an active baby!
The wide fit is ideal for use with fitteds and night nappies. However, it can also work well with muslins or prefolds that are fastened with a snappi.
Like all nappy covers made from wool, the Petit Lulu cover need to be lanolised in order to be waterproof. We recommend lanolising with pure wool wax (adeps lanae anhydricus).
Material: 100% merino wool (including the waistbands)
Turn inside out and wash by hand at 30 degrees with a wool detergent. After washing, roll the cover up in a towel to squeeze out excess moisture. Dry flat and do not tumble dry!
