Lifefactory glass bottles are a healthy alternative to plastic bottles. They are robust, easy to clean and catch the eye with their colourful silicon sleeves. The silicon sleeves also protect them from the occasional fall and provides a non-slip gripping surface. Glass bottles offer a pure taste with no leaching of flavours or toxins from plastics or metals.
The wide mouth access makes it easy to add ice cubes or citrus slices. The bottles come with a choice of three lids, which are interchangeable between the three sizes. Screw cap is the original cap and is for those who prefer to drink straight from the wide mouth opening or when drinking thicker liquids like smoothies.
The active flip top is a narrow mouth spout for drinking on the go. The medical grade silicon flip top seals with the BPA-free polypropylene cap.
The straw cap is designed for one-handed upright spill-proof sipping, without needing to tip the bottle over. The straw cap is perfect for the treadmill, the yoga class or drinking in the car. The cap is made from polypropylene and fits together with the silicone straw.
The pivoting handle provides a great way to carry the bottle and it stows out of the way while drinking. If a cap happens to break or you wish to try out another cap style, the extra caps can be purchased separately.
Please note that the Lifefactory bottles in 350ml, 475ml and 650ml are made from soda lime glass and not borosilicate glass like the baby bottles and Cafe Collection. That means they are intended for cold or warm liquids and may crack when exposed to freezing or boiling temperatures. If you wish to use your glass bottle for coffee, tea, hot chocolate or soup, we recommend the Lifefactory Glass Coffee Mugs in 350ml or 475ml.
All components are dishwasher safe and there is no need to remove the silicon sleeve. Wash the caps on the top rack of the dishwasher.
Do not freeze or heat in a microwave.
