The cosy Disana wool baby blankets are soft and cuddly, yet light. The size and thickness is perfect for the car seat or the buggy.
The blanket is very finely knitted and has a pleasant structure and beautiful diamond pattern. It fits well in both classic and modern baby rooms.
The merino wool is temperature regulating, allows the skin to breath, is naturally dirt repellent and colourfast.
This blanket can be used in combination with a Disana sleeping bags - knitted with straps or boiled wool with a zipper.
Material: 100% organic wool
Handwash with a wool detergent up to 30 degrees. Do not soak for a long time, do not rub, wring or brush the wool. Rinse the wool items with water at the same temperature. To dry, roll the blanket in a towel and lightly press. Lay out in shape and leave to dry.

Hallo, muss ich die Decke noch waschen und fetten? Wenn ja, wie viel von dem Wollfett benötige ich? LG
Question from 28 Sept 2022Du solltest die Decke vor dem Verwenden einmal waschen, ja. Entweder im Wollwaschgang in der Waschmaschine oder per Hand. Gefettet werden muss sie nicht, außer du möchtest das sie keine Feuchtigkeit durchlässt? Dann kannst du sie fetten, aber diese Decke eignet sich dafür nicht gut das sie eher grob gestrickt ist. Besser wäre eine glatt gestrickte Decke, die auch schon etwas verfilzt ist (da das Wollfett dann besser aufgenommen und gespeichert werden kann). Wir haben keine Erfahrung im Fetten von Wolldecken. Für eine Überhose ist ein halber TL eine gute Menge, für eine Decke in dieser Größe würde ich es mit 1-2 EL Lanolin auf 1 Liter Wasser versuchen.
