This cool baseball cap is made in a very special recycling project. It is made from the leftover cuttings from the production of other Disana articles. Too good to simply throw away, a new raw material is created in an elaborate process: the Disana recycled felt.
With the company Indicap from the Allgäu in Germany, Disana found a partner in a young company that works entirely according to the old hatter's art. Every step of the process is done in the manufactory itself and is carried out by skilled hatters.
The waterproof and elastic umbrella is made of recycled paper. With the help of a high-quality buckle made of wood and a cotton strip, the cap can be continuously adjusted in the circumference of the head. The lining of the seams and the trim on the lower edge of the cap are made of organic cotton.
The Disana baseball cap is available in two models:
The Mark model has two layers of felt in the front area. This makes it more shape-retaining and slightly firmer. The converging seams are adorned with a small discreet wooden button at the top.
The Kim model is more flexible overall and fits the shape of the head a little better.

The measurements given are the head circumference at the widest point.

90 % felt (made from recycled wool scraps from merino virgin wool).
10 % cotton (organic)
Care:
Air, brush off coarse dirt; hand wash with a suitable wool detergent if needed. Pull damp into shape, dry lying down.
