If you want an all-natural cover, free from synthetic materials like PUL, the wool overpants from Allerlei Windeln are a wonderful choice for you and your child. Made in Europe, they are made of sling fabric on the outside and fluffy soft merino wool on the inside. In the main wetting area, the wool fabric is reinforced with a second layer of fabric so the cover remains leak-proof and dry.
The waist height is adjustable in two ways, and a double row of snaps on the waist ensures that you can adjust it to fit your child perfectly. The flexible shape means that the cover can not only be used during the day but also fits around larger nappies for the night.
You can use the wool cover either with prefolds, muslin nappies, or other inserts, or alternatively use them in combination with a fitted nappy.
Like all wool covers, the Allerlei Windeln wool cover needs to be treated with wool wax before you can use it for the first time. We recommend using pure wool wax (adeps lanae anhydricus). Here you can find our instructions for greasing wool overpants.
The wool cover only needs to be washed in the following situations:
Before first use
When it is dirty
If it smells
When wetness penetrates the fabric
Otherwise: every 3-6 weeks
Note: Some of the patterns may have slight colour variations from our images.

Care:
Hand wash with wool detergent. Do not dry on the heater or in direct sunlight. Do not tumble dry. Do not spin dry.
